Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients across Atlanta
- Conducting behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Negotiating compensation packages and closing job offers
- Utilizing ATS systems to track candidates and pipeline metrics
- Maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta's job market and key industries
- Expertise in Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
