- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Interview Process: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Placement Management: Manage the offer process, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Mesa, AZ to provide market insights to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is highly preferred.
