Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and optimize hiring workflows
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Present compelling candidate profiles and data-driven hiring recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with internal team to refine recruitment strategies and improve success rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success in placing technical and non-technical roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional client meetings
