Responsibilities
- Source and attract top-tier candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruiting technologies and networking strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and skill assessments to ensure perfect role matches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Develop innovative sourcing campaigns to tap into passive talent pools and niche skill sets
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reporting metrics
- Represent our agency at industry events and career fairs to expand our talent network
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency environment
- Expertise in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with compensation package structuring
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and MS Office Suite
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Mesa's local job market and industry trends
