Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in a corporate or agency setting
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs (time-to-fill, placement rates)
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment techniques
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio's job market and industry trends
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Professional Recruiter (CPC/SPHR) certification preferred
