Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruitment technologies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ hiring managers in San Diego's key sectors
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using our proprietary ATS and CRM systems
- Lead candidate interviews and assessments ensuring cultural fit and technical alignment
- Drive team performance metrics including placement ratios and client satisfaction scores
- Represent the agency at industry networking events and university career fairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven success placing candidates in tech, healthcare, or finance sectors
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with C-level executives
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize strategies
- SHRM-CP or CER certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for client meetings across San Diego County
