Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable positions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement and onboarding
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and data
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven ability to source and place candidates across diverse industries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet KPIs
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
