Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, technology, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing solutions to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of meeting placement quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of Florida's labor market and industry regulations
- Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
