Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client industries
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Utilize ATS systems and recruitment analytics

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Fresno market knowledge preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
