Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and permanent roles.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking, social media (LinkedIn), and direct outreach.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their unique technical and cultural requirements.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding and follow-up.
- Develop and leverage strong relationships with local businesses to secure new business opportunities.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track pipeline metrics and performance.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
