Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse client requirements using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with cultural and skill-fit opportunities
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple industry verticals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Develop strategic client partnerships through regular business development activities
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards to maximize candidate reach
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or agency staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in candidate placement metrics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) and recruitment analytics
- Strong understanding of El Paso's labor market and key industry sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly desirable
