- Source and screen qualified candidates using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and industry-specific job boards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement and onboarding

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
