Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for daily pay assignments in manufacturing, logistics, and light industrial sectors
- Conduct rapid onboarding and background checks to enable same-day job placement
- Coordinate with clients to match candidates with urgent staffing needs within 24-hour windows
- Manage daily payroll processing and compliance for temporary workers
- Build and maintain relationships with both active candidates and client companies
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for high-volume placements
- Train candidates on our proprietary daily pay portal and mobile app
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing agency or high-volume recruitment experience
- Proven track record in same-day/temporary staffing environments
- Expertise in payroll processing for temporary workers (ADP or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Houston's labor market and key industries
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and mobile recruitment tools
- Valid Texas staffing agency license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred
