Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for daily-pay positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients seeking flexible staffing solutions
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with emphasis on same-day placement capabilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including onboarding and payroll coordination
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and community outreach
- Analyze market trends to identify high-demand roles and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure seamless daily pay implementation
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through exceptional communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with daily/temporary pay focus
- Proven track record of placing 20+ candidates monthly in high-volume roles
- Expert knowledge of NYC labor laws and payroll compliance requirements
- Exceptional negotiation skills for both candidate placement and client contracts
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Jobvite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid New York State staffing agency license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Multilingual candidates strongly preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, or Haitian Creole)
