Responsibilities
- Source and place qualified candidates in daily-pay temporary roles across Fresno's top industries
- Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Execute daily payroll processing for temporary workers within 24 hours of shift completion
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies using our proprietary daily pay platform
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from screening to onboarding for high-demand positions
- Analyze market trends to optimize placement rates and worker satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with California labor regulations and staffing industry standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years recruitment/staffing experience with daily pay systems
- Proven track record of placing 20+ candidates monthly in temporary roles
- Expertise in California labor laws and payroll processing regulations
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
- Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and performance analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
