Responsibilities
- Recruit and place candidates in daily pay positions across New Orleans metropolitan area
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses in high-demand industries
- Screen, interview, and onboard candidates using our streamlined same-day pay system
- Manage candidate database and optimize recruitment workflows for rapid placements
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract skilled temporary workers
- Track placement metrics and commission earnings through our proprietary ATS platform
- Provide exceptional client support and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of staffing, recruiting, or agency sales experience
- Proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans' job market and industry needs
- Ability to thrive in commission-driven performance culture
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
