- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels to identify and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Interview Process: Conduct professional interviews and administer skills assessments to ensure candidate fit.
- Placement Coordination: Manage the onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on salary trends and labor market conditions in the San Antonio area.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet aggressive daily and weekly goals.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the San Antonio business community is a significant advantage.
