Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing placements for healthcare facilities and event venues
- Screen and interview candidates for urgent weekend shift assignments
- Manage onboarding processes for temporary weekend staff
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute staffing needs
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and client communication logs
- Collaborate with branch managers to optimize weekend coverage
- Conduct quality assurance checks for weekend placements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruiting experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication in English (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts (6AM-6PM)
