Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and placing them in temporary and permanent roles.
- Daily Pay Advocacy: Promote our daily pay benefits to candidates and ensure they understand the financial flexibility our model offers.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local Denver businesses to understand their hiring needs and deliver qualified talent.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Denver metro area to provide competitive offers.
- Onboarding Support: Assist candidates with the onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported and ready to start their new journey with daily pay.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred but not required (we offer training).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours to meet client demands.
