Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client positions across Tampa Bay
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Utilize our proprietary staffing platform to manage candidate pipelines and job orders
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly recruitment and placement KPIs
- Document all candidate interactions and placement data in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience in a Tampa market
- Proven track record of meeting sales/placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong knowledge of Tampa's labor market and key industries
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor with ability to represent our brand at client sites
