Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various open positions across Louisville.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using social media, networking, and job boards.
- Assist clients with workforce planning and staffing solutions to meet their operational needs.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for temporary and permanent staff members.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, ATS experience is a plus).
