Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Placement & Onboarding: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement process, including contract negotiation and onboarding support.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple candidates and client accounts simultaneously using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to meet client needs.
