Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Conducting comprehensive phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses in the Columbus area to understand their hiring needs.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
- Coordinating interviews, background checks, and facilitating the offer letter process.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Participating in weekly recruitment strategy meetings and training sessions to refine sourcing techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade others effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet weekly targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of success in a commission-based environment.
