Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual highly valued)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and digital recruitment tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with same-day pay cycles
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
