Responsibilities

- Process same-day payroll for temporary workers via our proprietary digital platform
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new temporary employees
- Monitor assignment performance and provide ongoing support to candidates
- Develop marketing strategies to attract top talent in Mesa's competitive market
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipeline efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing industry experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong knowledge of Mesa's local job market and industry sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with payroll processing and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
