Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary/permanent roles
- Build and maintain relationships with Oakland-based employers
- Match candidates to positions based on skills and employer requirements
- Process same-day payroll for temporary workers
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and agency policies
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Conduct onboarding for new temporary employees
Qualifications
- 1+ years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid CA driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of Bay Area job market trends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
