Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS and advanced sourcing tools
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships through regular consultative check-ins
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate attraction methods
- Maintain accurate data in our CRM system and generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions to candidates and clients
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated through KPI-driven recruitment methodologies
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics platforms
- Ohio staffing industry knowledge and established professional network preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation a plus
