Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across IT, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client accounts
- Develop strategic talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
- Conduct client consultations to refine job specifications and market insights
- Present data-driven hiring recommendations to senior leadership
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction through post-placement follow-up
- Collaborate with marketing team to create employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/corporate recruitment experience with Chicago market exposure
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually in technical or professional roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with contract value management experience
- Advanced data literacy in recruitment metrics (source-to-hire ratios, time-to-fill)
- Valid Illinois driver's license for client site visits
