Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across technical and professional roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with Fortune 500 companies
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends
- Mentor junior recruiters while achieving monthly KPIs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 15+ placements quarterly
- Expertise in Boolean search and recruitment marketing
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CERM certification a plus
