Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and secure top-tier candidates for diverse industries.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and conducting reference checks.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers using LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific talent needs.
- Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Utilize CRM software to track candidate status and pipeline metrics to optimize recruitment efficiency.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
