Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier candidates across tech, creative, and professional sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement
- Leverage ATS and social platforms to identify passive candidates
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding strategies
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of closing high-volume roles in competitive markets
- Expertise in Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong client management and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Austin's tech and startup ecosystem
