Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, warehousing, and security
- Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Conduct interviews and background checks for night shift applicants
- Manage candidate onboarding and compliance requirements
- Track staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Coordinate with night shift managers to ensure seamless placement
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for passive night shift candidates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in night shift roles
- Strong knowledge of Seattle's night shift labor market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Valid Washington State driver's license
