Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies
- Manage candidate onboarding and payroll processing
- Track performance metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly KPIs
- Maintain accurate candidate database in ATS system
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruiting, or agency environment
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Deep knowledge of Dallas job market dynamics
