Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with organizational needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics and improve placement rates
- Develop innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates
- Stay current with Atlanta's job market trends and industry demands
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Atlanta's key industries (Tech, Finance, Healthcare)
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
