Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and engineering
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Develop deep client relationships through regular consultations and needs assessments
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect-fit placements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment workflows and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing or agency environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill roles across multiple industries
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-CP or CER certification preferred
