Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and screen high-quality candidates using various channels, including social media, networking, and Boolean search techniques.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and placement targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (immediate start candidates encouraged).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
