Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networking
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
- Conduct thorough screening interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-role alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill positions in tech, finance, and healthcare
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics using ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever
- Represent the agency at industry events and job fairs to expand talent networks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries and job levels
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with candidates and clients
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment data and optimize processes
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) or equivalent industry knowledge preferred
