Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop deep client relationships to understand technical hiring needs
- Utilize Boolean strings and LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse talent pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview criteria
- Track metrics in ATS systems and optimize conversion rates
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and OFCCP regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or startup clients
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill engineering roles (Python, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of 30+ placements annually
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
- Strong technical understanding of cloud computing and software development lifecycle
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
