Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements and candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume staffing environments
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn/Indeed
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
