Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for technical, administrative, and executive roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with 20+ active hiring managers weekly
- Leverage Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Conduct 15-20 candidate interviews and assessments daily
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and offer terms
- Manage applicant tracking system with 95% data accuracy
- Analyze market trends to position candidates strategically
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with proven placement metrics
- Expertise in Washington DC's tech, government, and healthcare sectors
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite levels
- Data-driven approach to recruitment analytics and reporting
- Active DC security clearance clearance a significant advantage
