- Sourcing and qualifying candidates across diverse industries
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from screening to placement
- Developing client partnerships through strategic talent solutions
- Utilizing ATS and CRM systems for pipeline management
- Conducting behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Analyzing market trends to refine recruitment strategies
- Collaborating with sales team on client acquisition
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record meeting placement targets
- Expert knowledge of San Antonio's talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to travel 10% for client meetings
