Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging qualified candidates across niche industries including healthcare IT, FinTech, and advanced manufacturing
- Managing full-cycle recruitment process from client consultations to offer negotiations
- Building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
- Developing strategic partnerships with Nashville's top employers to understand talent needs
- Conducting behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-role alignment
- Driving recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, placement rates, and client satisfaction
- Collaborating with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or healthcare roles
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong knowledge of Nashville's talent market and industry landscape
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-suite stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment with uncapped earnings
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CSP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
