Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments
- Strong knowledge of Fresno's job market and industries
- Relevant HR/recruitment certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license
