- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across Las Vegas
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews during weekend hours (Sat/Sun)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and job seekers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for weekend staffing assignments
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidate pipelines and placements
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Collaborate with weekday recruiters for seamless talent handoffs
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of Las Vegas job market and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Valid Nevada driver's license for local travel
