Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across diverse industries
- Source, screen, and onboard qualified temporary candidates
- Manage client communications and placement logistics
- Resolve staffing emergencies with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Track KPIs including fill rates and client satisfaction
- Facilitate weekly payroll processing for weekend staff
- Develop weekend talent pipeline through targeted outreach
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing/recruitment or customer service
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Knowledge of Tucson's labor market landscape
