Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms and innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate skills against role requirements
- Collaborate with sales team to align recruitment strategies with client business goals
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for improved time-to-fill ratios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in agency recruitment or corporate staffing
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Atlanta's competitive job market
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Georgia labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous searches
- Professional recruitment certification (CPSR, CTS) preferred
