Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for administrative, customer service, and light tech roles
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles in our ATS system
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Assist with onboarding new temporary staff placements
- Support marketing campaigns for job fairs and recruitment events
- Track recruitment metrics and weekly performance reports
Qualifications
