Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly recruitment KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Strong knowledge of Tucson's local job market and industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Valid Arizona driver's license for client meetings
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
