Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including IT, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through proactive communication
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding with precision and speed
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to optimize talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to provide strategic staffing solutions
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client portfolio and service offerings
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional candidate matching and follow-up
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs including placement ratios and client retention
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage salary expectations for all parties
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and MS Office Suite
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
