Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and company culture
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record of placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Strong knowledge of Columbus job market and key industries (tech, healthcare, finance)
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and social recruiting tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
